Out of Hours
If you need health advice or need to see a Nurse or Doctor urgently outside office hours (6.30pm to 8.00am) please call 111.

Test Results
Please phone the surgery after 11.00am 7 days after your tests. To safeguard your confidentiality you will be asked a number of questions to confirm your identity

Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone us to enable us to offer this appointment to someone else.  

New Extended Opening Hours

We are pleased to announce that we have extended our opening hours and offer extra evening routine appointments on a Monday and Thursday up to 7pm. We also run a Saturday morning clinic twice a month for booked routine appointments.

Mobile Phone Numbers

Please inform our reception staff of your current mobile telephone number as we are now sending text reminders for appointments!

 

 

 

Complaints & Suggestions

 Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.pad_and_pen

However, we are aware that things can occasionally go wrong, resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.  If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

You may complain in the following ways;

1). Collect and complete a practice complaint form from reception.

2). Write to the Practice Manager

3). E-mail the practice Manager at julie.wheatley@nhs.net

We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.
